For the agency principal

Put a number on the hours your team spends chasing loss runs

Requesting, following up, saving attachments and retyping claims typically eats a few hours per commercial renewal. Enter your own numbers and see what that time costs a year.

  • Submissions go out 60 to 90 days before expiry instead of the last week.
  • Every request, reply and export is logged, which helps with E&O documentation.
  • Account managers spend the saved hours on marketing the account, not on email.

Questions brokers ask before switching

Something else? Write to [email protected].

What is a loss run report?

A loss run report is the claims history an insurance carrier issues for a policy: every claim with its date of loss, status, paid amounts, open reserves and total incurred, valued as of a date. Underwriters use three to five years of loss runs to price a commercial renewal or a new submission.

Will carriers send loss runs to your system?

Yes. Requests go out in your agency name with the insured's signed letter of authority attached, so carriers treat them like any broker request. Replies land in your dedicated inbound address or on a secure upload link, and each file is matched to the right request automatically.

Our loss runs come in dozens of formats and scans. Can you read them?

LossRunReports reads PDFs with a text layer, scanned PDFs, images, XLSX and CSV. Every claim is normalized to one schema, and the totals are reconciled against the carrier report, so anything that does not add up is flagged instead of slipping into the submission.

Is client data safe and are we compliant with GLBA and state privacy rules?

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, FEIN and claimant names are encrypted at field level, access is role based, and every view and export goes into an audit log. You set retention per agency. A data processing agreement is available self-serve. Your documents are never used to train AI models.

Does it work with Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft and EZLynx?

Yes. Import your book from an AMS or CRM export with saved column mappings, and push loss summaries back by file or through the REST API on Agency and Enterprise plans.

Are there per-document fees or surprise overages?

No. Each plan is a flat subscription with a visible monthly limit of client accounts and documents. At 80 percent of the limit you see a notice, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.

How long does it take to get started?

Upload your client list today and the first requests go out the same hour. Most agencies start with the renewals expiring in the next 120 days.

What does the underwriter receive?

A five-year loss summary by policy year and line with claim counts, paid, open reserves, incurred, loss ratio, large losses and a short narrative, as a PDF and a spreadsheet you can attach to the submission.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time in billing. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
